TITANIC FX BRUSH KIT - Stick it to the Max
78,65 € Tax incl.
The Titanic FX Brush Kit Stick it to the Max is a set of large brushes designed for applying prosthetic adhesives on large surfaces. When you work with large-format prosthetics — full foreheads, bald heads, jaws or body applications — you need brushes with a larger contact surface that distribute the adhesive evenly and quickly without leaving streaks.

What is it used for
The application of adhesives on large format prostheses requires speed and uniformity. A large, well-loaded brush prevents edge marks and allows the first coat to be completed before the adhesive begins to dry.
- Application of prosthetic adhesives on foreheads, bald spots and body applications
- Even distribution of latex sealants in wide layers
- Encapsulation of silicone prosthesis in large areas
- Application of full-body coverage base paints
- Reactivation of encapsulation bases on large surfaces
How to use it
- Prepare the surface (clean, dry and oil-free skin) before applying the adhesive.
- Load the brush with adhesive and spread it in thin, uniform layers following the direction of the hair if there is any.
- Allow the first coat to dry to the touch before applying the second if the adhesive requires a double coat.
- Place the prosthesis firmly and press from the center towards the edges.
- Clean the brush immediately after use with the appropriate solvent.
Use Tips
Avoid stretch marks when applying
Apply the adhesive with the brush almost flat on the surface, with little pressure and long movements. Excess pressure on the bristles leaves trace marks that make it difficult for the prosthesis to adhere uniformly.
Maintenance between uses
After each use, remove any remaining adhesive with solvent and clean with warm water and neutral soap. Store brushes horizontally to prevent bristles from becoming deformed.
Frequently asked questions
How many layers of adhesive are necessary for a large denture?
It depends on the adhesive and the type of prosthesis. In general, spirit rubber based adhesives require a single coat on each surface (prosthesis and skin). Acrylic adhesives usually require two thin coats, waiting for the first to dry before bonding. Always follow the adhesive manufacturer's instructions.
Are the large brushes in this kit suitable for applying latex in body painting techniques?
Yes. They are ideal for spreading liquid latex in thin layers over large surfaces of the body. Its size speeds up work and the resistance of the bristles to solvents allows for easy cleaning between coats.
Do the bristles deteriorate with the continuous use of strong adhesives?
Titanic FX's synthetic bristles are designed to resist film-grade adhesives. With proper cleaning after each use, they maintain their shape and flexibility for hundreds of applications.
