DELIVERY TIMES AND FREIGHT RATES

1- Delivery times

The www.feroca.com provides its services throughout mainland Spain, the Balearic Islands and all the European Union countries.

In the Canary Islands we have a distributor that will serve you much faster and more effectively with the quality of Feroca materials, it is called TNK Adhesives and this is its website: http://www.adhesivostnk.es/tienda/es/

The delivery times on the peninsula are 24-48 hours from the order confirmation in Spain and Portugal. For other destinations please check with our sales on international@feroca.com

This method of delivery has associated certain shipping costs, which may be borne by the user depending on the amount of the order placed.

The information regarding the date of delivery will be clearly indicated to the user on the Site at the time of choice of the transport method during the purchase process. In any case, Feroca will put all its efforts and dedication in delivering the products purchased on the indicated date. However, in the event of exceptional circumstances or force majeure escaping Feroca's control and preventing the supply of the products within the prescribed period, to the extent permitted by applicable law, Feroca may not guarantee such delivery time, especially where the user resides in hard-to-reach or high-risk populations. However, it is noted that Feroca will in any case make the greatest efforts to deliver the products within the expected timeframe.

Regardless of the shipping option you select, the return procedure will be the same in any case, as described in these Terms of Contract.

2- Freight rates

Shipments are usually made via MRW or TXT in Spain/Portugal and FEDEX in the rest of Europe. If you prefer another agency you can place the order, choose the option "collected in warehouse", and send to your agency to collect the material when you receive the email stating that the order is ready.

Orders placed before 15:00h from Monday to Thursday and Friday before 13.00h, are shipped the same day and are delivered the next business day between 09:00h and 19:00h. No deliveries are made on weekends.

This time can last in some remote populations and Eurpean destinations.

The program calculates the charges based on the weight of the order, for small quantities and orders of less than 70.00 euros the rate would be:

Starting at 70.00 euros net amount, the program offers the shipment free. (only in Spain and Portugal)

MRW - for small shipments

TXT - for shipments of more than 25kg and for those who, for the particularity of the material, it is not convenient to ship by express transport.

FEDEX - Rest of Europe

3- Payment methods

Once the order has been placed on the web the program offers you different payment methods:

1. Transfer prior to an account of Banco Santander.
2. PayPal,The fastest and most comfortable method to make your purchases.
3. Credit Card. Secure, encrypted and confidential payment by card.
4. Bizum

All prices for these rates include 21% VAT
