EASYPLAT (in any of its versions) is a bi-component platinum catalyst silicone (addition)
. The product can be translucent(EASYPLAT 00-30) or flesh colored(EASYPLAT 00-30 FLESH) and becomes an extremely soft and smooth elastomer after curing.

EASYPLAT is mainly used for the realization of molds for FX, animatronic, prosthetic applications, Reborn dolls, Sex Dolls, hyper-realistic replicas, silicone masks, etc.

The EASYPLAT will produce molds and parts that can be used for a very long time while maintaining the softness of the silicone. They are also characterized by excellent electrical performance as well as chemical stability, water resistance, anti-corrosion, physiologically inert, non-toxic, aging resistance, easy pouring, easy to use and complete vulcanization. It can meet mechanical strength requirements even with very low hardness.

PRECAUTIONS:

EASYPLAT is a platinum curing silicone, so substances, such as water, impurities, organic tin catalyst, acids, alkalis and other sulfur, phosphorus and nitrogen-containing organisms, will influence the vulcanization of silicone rubber, and may cause inhibition and malfunction. Therefore, do not mix or touch these substances during the operation process.
