14,52 € Tax incl.
Professional brush for FX make-up. Solvent-resistant vegan synthetic bristles, sustainable bamboo handle. Ideal for applying, blending and removing prosthetics and special effects.
The Titanic Pro-FX Brush 217 is a small finger brush designed to blend and blend FX makeup with the natural control of touch. Smaller and more compact than the 117, it is specifically designed for blurring paint edges, color transitions and fades in small areas where a conventional brush is too large to work with precision.

What it is used for
Blurring in FX makeup is as important as the application itself. The 217 is optimized for softening edges, blending colors and creating natural transitions in areas where long-handled brushes are too bulky to work with finesse.
- Blurring paint edges in facial characterizations
- Color melting in aging and wound techniques
- Mix alcohol paints without losing precision in the treated area
- Smoothing of prosthesis edges once placed
- Detail work on fantasy makeup and small format body painting
How to use it
- Load the brush with a minimal amount of product (mainly used for blending, not application).
- Using gentle circular or short linear movements, work the edge of the color area.
- Alternate pressure: more pressure for active blending, less pressure for soft blending.
- Clean the bristles with a little solvent between colors to avoid unwanted mixing.
- Wash thoroughly at the end of the session.
Use Tips
Dry blending
To blend without adding more product, use 217 completely clean and dry. The unloaded bristles can smooth edges of fresh paint without displacing the already applied product, only melting the ends.
Difference with 117
The 117 is designed for applying adhesives and products in areas with difficult access; 217 is focused on mixing and blending. Although both are finger brushes, their main uses are complementary.
Frequently asked questions
Can I use it to blend alcohol-based paints?
Yes. Alcohol-based paints blend well with a clean brush lightly moistened with isopropyl alcohol. The 217, being small, allows you to do this blending with precision in areas where the larger brush would leave borders that are too large.
Is it possible to use it to apply product in addition to blending?
Yes, although it is not its main function. You can load the 217 with paint or primer and apply directly to small areas. However, for direct application in small areas the Brush 117 or 101 offer more control of the load.
What advantage does it have over using your finger directly?
In addition to hygiene, the 217 offers a more predictable and controlled contact area than the fingertip. The bristle pattern smoothes the edges more evenly and prevents the skin's natural oils from interfering with the paint or adhesive.
