New Key-Pigments for Silicone.
Created by Neill Gorton, this realistic color system comprises highly concentrated silicone pigments in custom colors that run a wide tonal spectrum. They will save you time and money and help you maintain perfect continuity in color batches.

Neill originally developed these pigments for Millennium FX for use in their prosthetics. The four base colors have been established by trial and error over the years as the ideal starting point for most prosthetics, and nine out of ten will work perfectly as a base shade. However, if it's not close enough, he has added two 'adjuster' colors: iron oxide red and yellow ochre, which will generally allow you to easily adjust one of the four base shades to match most skin types.

Neill says ...
"From running thousands of prosthetic pieces over the years I have refined my pigments to these four standard colors that suit the vast majority of skin tones. Even if one of these is not an exact match, it will only take the slightest adjustment to make a perfect match.
After becoming dissatisfied with the ready-to-use products as base skin tones, I mixed these colors and have used them in all my work ever since. All of our ready-to-use prosthetics s at MFX Warehouse are produced in these colors and most of the prosthetics s we make in that range can be made with one of the colors without adjustment.
Along with the four skin tones there are two adjuster colors, a yellow ochre and red iron oxide. This basic system means that you can produce perfect skin tones for prosthetics and body part répilcas and they can also be used in conjunction with directly applied silicone products, such as Sculpt Gel, to give them the desired color.
I am now making these pigments available to the public and have had a specialist manufacturer copy my mix and produce these four standard base flesh tones."
