TITANIC PRO-FX BRUSH 116 -Curved Adhesive Brush Medium-
19,36 € Tax incl.
Professional brush for FX make-up. Solvent-resistant vegan synthetic bristles, sustainable bamboo handle. Ideal for applying, blending and removing prosthetics and special effects.
The Titanic Pro-FX Brush 116 is a medium-sized brush with a curved tip, specifically designed to apply prosthetic adhesives in areas with pronounced angles or curvatures. The bent cut allows the bristles to reach perpendicular to surfaces such as the base of the nose, the edge of the jaw or the browbone, where a straight brush leaves little room for work.

What it is used for
Facial prostheses are rarely applied on flat surfaces. The contours of the human face require brushes adapted to its anatomy. The 116 is designed for areas where the angle between the brush and the surface makes it difficult with straight tools.
- Application of adhesive at the base of prosthetic noses and nasal areas
- Gluing of prosthesis on the edge of the jaw and neck areas
- Sealing the side edges of helmets and prosthetic caps
- Adhesives in hard-to-reach areas around the ears
- Reactivation of adhesive in partially detached prostheses
How to use it
- Load the brush with prosthetic adhesive and remove the excess onto the palette.
- Bring the curved area of the brush closer to the surface of the angle to be worked.
- Apply the adhesive with the flat side of the bristles, not the tip, for greater control.
- Allow the adhesive to dry according to the instructions before placing the prosthesis.
- Clean immediately with the appropriate solvent to prevent the adhesive from drying on the bristles.
Use Tips
To avoid reaching the bottom of the area without stains
Use the 116 half loaded and work from the outside of the angle zone towards the bottom. This way you prevent the brush from taking adhesive to nearby areas that should not be glued.
Complement of the 102 at an angle
The Brush 102 is a detail-oriented angled eyeliner; The 116 is a coverage oriented angled adhesive brush. Having both in the kit covers all work scenarios in curve and angle areas.
Frequently asked questions
Is it only suitable for adhesives or also for paint?
It is designed mainly for adhesives, but its curved shape is also useful for applying paints or sealants in areas with a pronounced angle, especially when the area is partially hidden by the prosthesis already placed.
What adhesives are compatible with this brush?
It is compatible with all adhesives commonly used in special effects: rubber spirit, medical grade acrylic adhesives, silicone adhesives and latex glues. The bristles and ferrule attachment adhesive resist the solvents used to clean these products.
Is there a smaller version of the 116 for finer areas of detail?
For very fine angled details, the Brush 102 (angled liner) offers a narrower tip that allows you to work with lines of adhesive 1-2 mm wide. The 116 is designed for wider distributions of adhesive in curved areas.
