TITANIC PRO-FX BRUSH 111S -Mini Splatter-
25,41 € Tax incl.
Professional brush for FX make-up. Solvent-resistant vegan synthetic bristles, sustainable bamboo handle. Ideal for applying, blending and removing prosthetics and special effects.
The Titanic Pro-FX Brush 111S Mini Splatter is the compact version of the Titanic FX dual-ended splatter brush. With two rigid fiber heads - one large and one small - in a smaller format, it allows you to work on blood and fluid splatter effects in detailed areas or in small work spaces where the standard 111 model is too bulky.

What it is used for
The splatter technique consists of bending the bristles of the brush and releasing them suddenly to launch drops of paint or artificial blood on the surface. The 111S allows for more precise control of the splash area as it is smaller than the 111, ideal for localized effects.
- Artificial blood splatter effects in detail areas
- Creation of drops and fluids in wounds and injuries FX
- Controlled splashing in small format prostheses and characterizations
- I work in small spaces where the standard 111 does not fit comfortably
- Effects of fresh or dried blood with different paint viscosities
How to use it
- Load the brush head with artificial blood or water-based paint.
- Bring the brush closer to the target area and bend the bristles back with your thumb.
- Release abruptly to project the drops onto the surface.
- Vary the distance to the target to control the size of the droplets: closer = larger and more concentrated droplets.
- Clean with soap and water or the appropriate solvent when finished.
Use Tips
Control of the impact zone
Cover the areas that should not receive the splash with paper or masks before applying the technique. The 111S projects in a smaller area than the 111, but the splash is never completely predictable.
Product viscosity
A more fluid artificial blood generates fine and elongated drops; a thicker one produces rounded and compact drops. Adjust the viscosity with water to get the effect you need.
Frequently asked questions
What is the difference between 111S and standard 111?
The 111S is a reduced version of the double-ended 111 Splatter. Both have two rigid fiber heads, but the 111S is more compact, making it easier to work in detail areas or when a more localized and controlled splash is needed.
Can 111S be used with alcohol-based paints in addition to artificial blood?
Yes. It is compatible with any fluid paint: alcohol-based, water-based or artificial blood. The synthetic bristles and fixing adhesive resist common solvents in the FX industry, so you can easily clean with isopropyl alcohol between color changes.
Is it necessary to also have the standard 111 if I already have the 111S?
It depends on the type of work. For splatter effects on large areas (full body, floors, backgrounds), the standard 111 allows more surface area to be covered in less time. For detail work on the face or small prosthetics, the 111S is more precise. Many artists have both.
