Acrystal Prima + Basic Crystal

Acrystal Prima is a solvent-free acrylic polymer, easy to use, composed of an acrylic emulsion and a powder based on mineral crystals.

It can be used in scenery, replicas, models, prototypes and models and also for coating expanded polystyrene (polystyrene foam or polyrex)

Acrystal is used in:

• casting
• layering
• projection
• agile machining

• odorless
• no hazardous components
• no toxic emanation

PIGMENTS:

Acrystal can be mixed with any water soluble pigment. In case of liquid pigments, they will be applied on the liquid component while powder pigments will be added to the Basic Crystal powder component.

MOULDS:

Silicone is the ideal mold for Acrystal, the absence of solvents and exothermic reaction the mold will be able to extend its lifetime up to 50 times compared to reproductions made with polyester resins.

USE (between 17 and 20ºC)

- 8/10 min without retardant

- Up to 90 min with retardant

- 1 Kg of liquid Acrystal Prima

-2.5 Kg. of Basic Crystal Powder
