High-end encapsulated prostheses
EasyGel FX00 is specifically formulated for professional prosthetic applications where every detail counts. Its viscosity of 15,600 cP allows precise flow control while maintaining the ability to reproduce microscopic textures and imperceptible edges.
For brush applications, add specific thixotropic which avoids runout while maintaining workability. This is especially useful in vertical molds or complex geometries where material control is critical.
Professional potting technology
Syringe injection makes it possible to create ultra-thin edges which are easily peeled off when applied to the subject. This technique, combined with the controlled viscosity, enables prosthetics with imperceptible transitions.
Compatible with deadener Gloomer
Add our deadener Gloomer according to the desired skin effect:
- Minimum: 100A + 100B + 50G (one-half of Gloomer
- Maximum: 100A + 100B + 200G (double of Gloomer
As you increase the ratio, the skin effect becomes progressively more pronounced. Unlike other systems, EasyGel FX does not sweat or exude oil, maintaining perfect dimensional stability.
Ultra-realistic reborn babies
Its natural translucency allows for the effects of realistic vascularization, while the hardness Shore 00-30 perfectly mimics the softness of baby skin. Compatible with specific pigments for authentic skin tones and layering techniques.
Specialized process for maximum realism

Surface preparation
Seal porous surfaces with wax or petroleum jelly. For life casting, apply petroleum jelly or baby oil to body hair for protection.
Precision blending
Weigh exactly 1:1. For reborn, pigment components separately before blending for accurate and realistic skin tones.
Integration of Gloomer
Add Gloomer according to desired feel. Mix at least 30 seconds until complete homogeneity, scraping corners carefully.
Specialized application
Inject with syringe for ultra-fine edges on prosthetics, or apply in layers for reborn. Do not touch the surface once it starts to gel.
Advanced techniques for extreme realism
Professional quality reborn
Layered pigmentation: Pigment each component separately before final blending. For realistic veins, apply first layer unpigmented, then pigmented layers for natural depth.
Translucency effects: FX00's natural translucency allows you to create vascularization effects that other materials do not achieve. Experiment with different thicknesses to achieve realistic skin depth.
Viscosity control for details
For microscopic skin textures, uses the natural viscosity of 15,600 cP. For vertical or brush application, add specific thixotropic that maintains the detail without runoff.
Safe and professional life casting
Contact security: FX00 is safe for direct skin contact. Always perform patch test before extensive applications. Avoid contact with eyes, nose, mouth or mucous membranes.
Specialized release agents: For life casting use Acmos 82. For body hair protection, apply petroleum jelly or baby oil generously.
Reuse and maintenance
The prosthetics of FX00 with Gloomer can be reused multiple times. Cover with clean transparent film between uses. Natural tacky surface allows adhesive-free application, facilitating gentle removal.
