What is it used for

stipple with double fiber is the reference technique in special effects to simulate skin texture, aging, wounds, burns and any epidermal irregularity. The duo-fibre construction leaves a more irregular and natural dot pattern than single fiber stipples, resulting in more convincing skin textures.

How to use it

3. Work with pressing and withdrawing movements, varying the intensity for different densities.
4. Layer different colors to add depth and realism.
5. Combine models from this kit for different texture scales in the same area.

Use Tips

Size graduation for greater realism

Use the smallest model in the kit for fine details in the center of the treated area and the largest models on the edges for a natural transition. The size variation in the dot pattern is key so that the texture does not appear repeated.

Color layers for depth

Real fur texture has tonal variations. First apply a neutral base tone, then shade with darker shades in the sunken areas and lighten with the thinnest model in the raised areas.
