Maintaining the transparent plastic
To clean the transparent body, use a damp cloth with mild soap. Avoid harsh solvents (acetone, concentrated isopropyl alcohol) directly on the plastic, as they can cause cloudiness over time. The Cordura® exterior can be cleaned with a soft brush and water.
Optimise the detachable pockets for the job

The body of the Samas Krystal Bag is made from resistant transparent plastic with some structural flexibility, which gives it the rigidity to hold its shape when loaded without becoming stiff and uncomfortable to carry.
Is it fully waterproof or just water-resistant?
The Cordura® 1000 denier exterior is waterproof, protecting the bag in rain or on wet surfaces. The transparent plastic of the main body also repels water. It is not designed for immersion, but it handles the typical conditions of an outdoor set without any issues.
Can the detachable pockets be used on their own, separate from the bag?
Yes. The two external pockets of the Krystal Bag have a belt clip, allowing you to use them completely independently. This is a practical option when you only need to bring minimal material to set or to a specific work area.

The small size (27×25×21 cm) includes one interior flat pouch and is ideal for basic kits or professionals with a smaller kit. How long is the warranty and what does it cover?
The Samas Krystal Bag includes a 2-year manufacturing warranty. Being handmade in Italy with high-quality materials, it covers manufacturing defects in stitching, closures and materials. Improper use or wear from intensive use is not covered by the warranty.
Is it compatible with professional makeup trolleys or cases?
Yes. The Krystal Bag can easily be combined with professional makeup trolleys such as the Samas MUA 02. You can carry the main bag in the trolley and use the detachable pockets independently on set.
