NFEP film (PFA) A4 127 microns

Universal nFEP film precut in A4 size sheets for 3D printing with resin. This film is also known as NON FEP, PFA or perfluoroalkoxy film.

what is nFEP film? The nFEP is a name recently created by some manufacturers that stands for "non-FEP film". The nFEP film was developed as a better alternative to FEP film and its composition was kept a secret for a while. However, after some research it was discovered that nFEP is actually a PFA (perfluoroalkoxy) film. We have been able to obtain and offer you a high quality nFEP film at a very good price.

nFEP vs FEP
Is nFEP better than FEP? Yes and no. The main advantage of nFEP is its ability to withstand repeated flexing without fracturing. In fact, it is 10 times stronger than FEP.

The nFEP also stretches less and therefore releases prints from the film more quickly. However, its surface is a bit softer and is more prone to scratching. You should be careful when removing failed prints that adhere to the film.

Also, our tests did not show that it provides a significantly lower 3D print failure rate compared to regular FEP film. In fact, some models with thin supports printed better with FEP film.

why and when should you use nFEP film?
We recommend using nFEP film:

• If you rarely damage your film by accident and are careful not to puncture or bend it. The nFEP will last longer than FEP.
• If you don't have many printing failures. That is, you rarely have to peel failed prints off your film. Again, the nFEP will last longer than the FEP.
• When you use printers with larger screens (9 inches or larger). The nFEP will stretch less than the FEP and therefore you should be able to print with lower lift heights. At other times, it may be wiser to stick to regular FEP film.

Remember, perforated FEP film is much cheaper to replace.
