1. 5. Once done, let the mold dry for 24 hours and, after this time, carefully demold it using a knife or your hands.

If you use food grade platinum silicone, once the mold has cured and 24 hours have elapsed, you will need to clean the inside of the mold with dishwasher before placing any food.
