EASE-DEMOLD 305 is an excellent general purpose mold and casting release agent.

EASE-DEMOLD 305 will work perfectly with polyurethane elastomers, polyurethane resins, polyester resins, silicones and thermoplastic polymers. EASE-DEMOLD 305 is also effective on urethane molds, silicone and even effective on a variety of materials such as steel, aluminum, chrome, epoxy, urethane rubber and plastics, sealed plasters, concrete and wax.

Ideal for mold release:

  • Original model polyurethane rubber
  • Polyurethane resin from the polyurethane rubber mold
  • Original model silicone
  • Silicone silicone
  • Polyurethane resin of the silicone mold

IMPORTANT: Do not use for demolding polyurethane foams

Instructions

Model preparation: if you make molds with urethane or silicone, the surface of the model may need to be sealed (with a sealing agent) before applying the release agent.

CAUTION: do not smoke or use sources of ignition when using sealing or release agents. Use only with good ventilation. Store and use at room temperature. Wear adequate protection when handling any solvent based release system. Skin contact may cause dryness. Wear safety glasses to avoid splashing in the eyes. Avoid inhalation of excessive amounts of solvent vapor. Always consult the Material Safety Data Sheet before using any solvent based release agent.
