Charge formed by microscopic hollow glass spheres.
It is commonly used to reduce weight in different resins.
Hollow glass microspheres (or microballoons) are used to add volume to the resins, giving less weight, greater hardness and less shrinkage to the part. They also soften the finish of the resins and allow for easier sanding. Being white in color, they are widely used in repairs or nautical construction (surfing, boat hulls and model aircrafts).
In modeling and mixed with Feroca Ferpol 1973 transparent resin, it is used to create snow effect.
It is also used to make fillers with resin.
This load increases the abrasion resistance of the final piece.
As it is an inert material, it does not affect the catalyzed resin.
Adjust the proportion as needed.
